1. Day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure, e.g. server room and networking management;
2. Assist with provide helpdesk, troubleshooting and first-tier technical support for end-user;
3. Handle various ad-hoc projects with front office business stakeholders and middle/back office users;
4. Liaise with software vendors for system enhancements, system incidents & issue logging;
1. Diploma holder in computer science related major;
2. At least 2 to 3 years of financial industrial technology working experience;
3. Skilled in using software such as VMware and Veeam Backup;
4. Experiences in server hardware maintenance (X86, Windows, Unix, etc.);
5. Well-disciplined, hardworking and responsible. Good communication and interpersonal skills,
6. team motivated and able to work under pressure;
